Trius Oates Northeast Project
Multi-pay Production Well
The McIntyre Well No. 3
Oates N. E. Field
Pecos County, Texas
Trius
Oates, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Trius Energy, LLC, has formed the Oates
Northeast, JV, a Texas joint venture (the
"Venture"), to drill and operate
the McIntyre Well No. 3 (the "Well")
in the Oates Northeast oil and gas fields
in Pecos County, Texas. The McIntyre Well
No. 3 will be drilled to approximately
15,700 feet.
The
primary objective is the Ellenberger formation,
and the secondary objectives are the Fusselman/Montoya
and Devonian formations. The Oates Field
has proven to be a prolific gas field
with at least thirty (30) wells having
produced over 309 billion cubic feet of
gas since the field's discovery well in
1962.

3 Well Multi Pay
Gomez Field
Pecos County, Texas
Trius
Energy LLC, has made the following determinations:
Based on our findings in the Gomez Field,
Composite Borehole Compensated Sonic Log-Gamma
Ray & Sidewall Neutron Porosity Log,
extensive reservoir analysis and our most
recent field data; we have concluded that
it is in the best interest for us and
our partners to re-enter the Gulf-Baker
83 #1, the Sibley 84 #1 and drill the
Sibley 84 #2 on a 1280 acre lease in Pecos
County, Texas.
We have set a target spud date of March
15th, 2008. The Gulf-baker 83 #1 and Sibley
84 #1 will be re-worked and completed
to the total depth of 22,820'+/-. The
Sibley 84 #2 will be drilled to a total
depth of 4,000'+/-. Our main objective
are the Fusselman, Devonian, Lower Wolfcamp,
Upper Wolfcamp, Atoka, and Yates/7 Rivers

Trius Cheyenne Prospect
Re-entry
/ Re-completion Project
Multi-pay Production Well
Winkler County, Texas
Trius
Energy LLC, is pleased to present the
enclosed offering for investment in the
Cheyenne Prospect, Joint Venture. Based
on our findings in the Cheyenne Field,
Composite Borehole Compensated Sonic Log-Gamma
Ray & Sidewall Neutron Porosity Log,
extensive reservoir analysis and our most
recent field data, we have concluded that
it is in the best interest for us and
our operating partners to re-enter the
A.G. Hill #1 Well (the "Well")
in Winkler County, Texas.
We
have set a target spud date of April 1st,
2008. This prospect will be re-worked
and completed on a 640 acre lease to the
total depth of 14,600'+/-. Our main objective
is the Atoka Sand. Most wells in this
field have produced remarkable reserves
out of the horizon interval, including
this Well. Wen the Well was drilled in
1978 it produced 13.6 BCF and 230,512
BO until it was plugged in 1995. Based
on current gas prices, that would have
yielded just over $89.5 Million in revenue.
